SINOVIA has a team of thirty people, based in Fresnes and Nancy (France), and is represented in South America and Middle East.

- 2006 : Creation of SINOVIA SAS
Offer diversification: street lighting and safety and security for city, site and building
- 2007/2008 : New business model « Technical Provider » - indirect selling
Acquisition of Clamic company (Video-surveillance)
- 2009 : Creation of SINOVIA SA
Creation of 2 solutions for multi-business supervision : OPENcontrol and €COlighting
Acquisition by INEO GDF-SUEZ of a minority stake (45%)
- 2010 : INEO GDF-SUEZ acquires 100% of SINOVIA
